THE KELLY ROONEY FOUNDATION
The mission of The Kelly Rooney Foundation is to eradicate breast cancer
in young women.
We do this by:
- Funding breast cancer research aimed at finding a cure.
- Supporting research, education and awareness programs that provide information
on risk factors, lifestyle choices and other preventative actions.
- Inspiring others to take action to help create a world that is breast cancer free.
ABOUT KELLY ROONEY
Kelly O’Brien Rooney passed away on July 11, 2006 after a courageous four-year
battle with breast cancer. She was 43. Kelly and her husband Sean created a
dynamic family during their 15 year marriage, becoming parents to Casey, Molly,
Haley, Quinn and Jack.
